I’ve tried three of her blends so far: Anxiety/Stress Relief, Allertea, and the Cold/Flu blend. Each one has been an absolute game-changer. I’ve struggled for years with chronic allergy issues, seasonal sensitivities, and stress-related symptoms—and nothing has ever helped quite like these teas. The Allertea especially feels like magic in a cup. It’s calming, clearing, and supportive without being overpowering.
